BarleyCraft Fabrics Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BarleyCraft Fabrics. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

• If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

• Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days): Rates vary by order weight (starting at £1.75).

• Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier volumes or seasonal peaks.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BarleyCraft Fabrics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). [Note: If you only ship within the UK, you can change this to: "We currently only ship to addresses within the UK."]

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at hello@barleycraftfabrics.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
