BarleyCraft Fabrics Returns & Refunds Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can ensure your return is processed swiftly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature:

Cut-to-Order Fabrics: Fabrics that have been cut to length or cut specifically to your order specification (including custom cut lengths) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.

Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on digital or physical gift cards.

Perishable or Personal Goods: Custom products (special orders) or personal care goods cannot be returned.

Statutory 14-Day Cancellation Rights (UK & EU)

Notwithstanding our 30-day policy for standard items, if you are a customer located in the UK or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order for any standard, non-customised item within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

This right does not apply to items cut to your specification (cut-to-length fabrics). For eligible items (such as pre-cut bundles, patterns, or haberdashery), the items must be unused, in their original condition, and you must cover the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a fabric is found to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
